Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at Bookmyhsrp.com strive to provide a seamless booking experience for HSRP plates and color-coded stickers. However, due to the nature of our service, certain conditions apply to cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders once submitted cannot be canceled if already processed.
• If a cancellation request is made before order processing, a full or partial refund may be considered based on circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only applicable for duplicate charges, payment errors, or unserviceable pin codes.
• Refunds are not issued for rejected applications by the Transport Authority or incomplete information provided by the user.

3. Processing Time

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
